our Story

The Three Sons Sanitation mission is to be a recognized leader and preferred provider for our valued customers by delivering unequaled septic and grease pumping services through a highly qualified staff of trained professionals, with total commitment to integrity and excellence.

Advanced Sewer Service was not just a sewer and septic cleaning company;  it is a Fort Wayne landmark. Robert Nichols and his brothers first began cleaning sewer lines in the early 1950s and soon branched out to installing septic systems and cleaning them. Eventually, Robert would buy out his brothers and run the company with the help of his wife and children for over 55 years.  Much of Advanced Sewer's business today is based on the relationships and trust that Robert put forth in his work and his life.

Today, under the ownership of Steve & Amber Warnick, the company has grown and is now part of Three Sons Sanitation.  Together Steve and Amber bring the skills and hard work necessary to continue a tradition of excellence.  Steven served in the military as an Enlisted Soldier and an Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and as a Fort Wayne Firefighter. Amber is a graduate from the University of Saint Francis, and spent several years working for Public Television.  She stays busy working in the office, being a mother to their three boys, and is active in their church parish. We look forward to continuing to serve the Fort Wayne and surrounding area, and building trust in the community!
