  We take the time to provide the highest quality of service possible, going the extra mile when necessary. As a locally owned family business, Three Sons offers our customers the best septic pumping & grease trap cleaning services. We are in the sanitation business...and have the quality of care to back it up.   

 Advanced Sewer Service was not just a sewer and septic cleaning company;  it is a Fort Wayne landmark. Robert Nichols and his brothers first began cleaning sewer lines in the early 1950s and soon branched out to installing septic systems and cleaning them. Eventually, Robert would buy out his brothers and run the company with the help of

Robert Nichols and his brothers first began cleaning sewer lines in the early 1950s and soon branched out to installing septic systems and cleaning them. Eventually, Robert would buy out his brothers and run the company with the help of his wife and children for over 55 years.  Much of Advanced Sewer's business today is based on the relationships and trust that Robert put forth in his work and his life. 

 Under the ownership of Steve & Amber Warnick, the company evolved into Three Sons Sanitation. Together, Steve and Amber continued a tradition of excellence.  Steven served in the military as an Enlisted Soldier and an Officer during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and as a Fort Wayne Firefighter. Amber is a graduate from the University of Saint

Amber is a graduate from the University of Saint Francis, and spent several years working for Public Television. The family has Three Sons which sparked the iconic name! The Company looks forward to continuing to serve the Fort Wayne and surrounding area, and building trust in the community!
